48 hour in Valencia

CA1BAA83-C133-4151-8C19-5099BCB54FBDValencia is a bit of a photographic cliche all because of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències or the City of Arts and Sciences. The city is a architectural triumph built between 1998 and 2005 and includes an opera house, IMAX cinema, science museum, conference centre and oceanarium/aquarium.

I flew in on Sunday night and left on Tuesday morning so I saw nothing else except the “The City” and my plan was to shoot the City at dawn and dusk. Initially my plan was to shoot pure architecture in a minimalist style in colour but when I got home mono was becoming more powerful.

I had a great trip and tried to help a young girl who had her bag stolen, not to mention taking various shots for tourists who where struggling with their selfies.
